We’ll setup your new furniture, which includes:
- Assembling new product per manufacturer’s specifications
- Removing all shipping material
- Review operation of power units (if applicable)
- Review basic care instructions

Mattresses Setup

- Haul away mattresses with infestations
- Modify house or property
- Hook up power cord to an ungrounded (2 prong) outlet
- Hook up product involving hardwire
We’ll setup your mattresses, which include:
- Removing all shipping material
- Review basic care instructions
- Review operation of power units (if applicable)
- Review basic care instructions
Please ensure to verify that you have received the correct product, as mattresses cannot be returned unless inspected by a Conn’s Service technician and found to have a manufacturer’s defect.
If you are dissatisfied with your mattress at the time of delivery, please refuse the item(s) and call 877-358-1252 to have your item(s) redelivered or refunded if necessary.
TV, Audio & Electronics Installation
Due to liability, safety, health, and manufacturer warranty concerns, Conn’s HomePlus is unable to perform the following:
- Program remotes for other equipment
- Mount TVs to a wall if wall mount is also purchased from Conn’s
- Mount TVs in select areas
- Modify house or property
- Hook up power cord to an ungrounded (2 prong) outlet
- Hook up product involving hardwire
We complete basic installation for your TV or audio device, which includes:
- Hooking up to existing coaxial and/or HMDI devices
For complex installations – such as mounting TVs to a wall – a separate appointment will need to be scheduled and an installation fee will be charged.

Fitness Equipment Installation

Air Conditioners Installation

- Modify house or property

- Install or connect any non-Conn’s product or accessories
- Install to corroded or damaged lines, valves, and outlets

Riding Mowers Setup
We want your equipment working when we leave! For gas equipment, you must have fresh gasoline ready so we can test and demo basic functions.
If you are dissatisfied with your riding mower at the time of delivery, please refuse the item(s) and call 877-358-1252 to have your item(s) redelivered or refunded if necessary.

Parcel Shipping via FedEx
Parcel shipping costs are calculated based on the location, weight of the product, and the shipping speed selected. Some items may not be delivered via shipping methods due to their size and weight which includes major appliances, electronics, fitness equipment, furniture, and mattresses.
- On average, orders are processed within 24 hours.
- Conn’s only ships FedEx within the United States in the trade areas of AL, AZ, CO, FL, GA, LA, MS, NV, NM, NC, OK, SC, TN, TX, and VA.
- Shipping options range from:
- Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
Store or Warehouse Pickup
At stores where Store Pickup is available, you can buy items online and pick them up in a store to avoid shipping and delivery charges - excludes furniture, mattresses and major appliances. For picking up orders at a warehouse, most items are available including furniture, mattresses, and major appliances.
- Place your order and wait to receive a “Ready for Pick Up” email which is separate from your order confirmation
- Bring your ID, copy of your “Ready for Pick Up” email to the store
- We’ll hold your item for 2 days, if you don’t make it in by then we’ll cancel the order and refund your method of payment
- If you chose to have someone else pick up your order, inform your local store or contact our eAgent at 866-765-1513. Orders will not be released without proper identification and order number.

All products shown on Conn's website are subject to availability. While we plan for sufficient quantities, extraordinary demand may limit our ability to fill your order. In the event that a product you have ordered is temporarily out of stock, we will promptly inform you of the earliest date that you may expect to receive your complete order.
Pre-Ordered Product Delivery
Pre-ordered products are products that are typically very new to the market and we do not have them in our warehouses due to how new they are. With pre-order products, it may take up to 30 days to ship unless otherwise stated. Please review the pre-order product description for more details.

Do you inspect the product before it arrives at my home?
Yes. We open and inspect product before it is loaded on the home delivery truck. That means select items will arrive to your home with blankets wrapped around the item, not the original vendor packaging.

Can I ship my order to an address other than my billing address?
Yes. We can ship your order to an alternate address that is on file with Conn's. If the ship-to address is not on file with Conn's, please contact Conn's and have the additional address added. Please allow up to 24 hours to verify the address with Conn's.

Can I select my own delivery time frame?
Although time frames cannot be selected, they are provided the evening before delivery. You will receive a phone call, text, or email confirming you can still receive the delivery the following day.

How do I change my delivery time?
If you need to change the Conn's delivery time, please call our Delivery Call Center at (844) 894-0717 to reschedule for a different day.

Will I get a call before the team shows up?
You will receive an automated call providing an estimated time of arrival, or ETA once our team is in transit to your home.

Do I need to be there for the delivery or can someone else accept it for me?
Must be 18 years of age or older to accept delivery except in Alabama (must be 19 years of age or older to accept delivery in Alabama).
