Serving Morris County with over 140 stores including Apple, Michael Kors, LUSH, White House Black Market, and Pandora. In addition to our Dining Pavilion, other dining options include The Cheesecake Factory, Chipotle and Red Robin.

By Car

From Rt. 80 East take exit 35. Make a right turn at the first traffic light.
From Rt. 80 West take exit 35A. Make a right turn at the second traffic light.

By Bus

The following buses stop at Rockaway Townsquare: 880 NJ Transit routes to Morristown. From lot 36, Lakeland Bus lines goes to NYC via Routes 46 and 80.

Enjoy walking in a climate controlled environment? The mall opens its doors 30 minutes prior to the mall opening and welcomes early morning walkers . Walking both the lower level, and the upper level is equivalent to 1 1/2 miles.

You can charge your phone while you are shopping. Conveniently located device charging stations allow visitors to charge their phones, tablets, and other communication devices while enjoying the mall. The charging stations located inseating areas throughout the mallare the perfect spot to rest and recharge!

Handicapped parking is available at all mall and department store entrances.

The mall opened on Labor Day Weekend of 1977. It was built on top of a wetland, which was not protected in New Jersey until 1988 with the passage of the New Jersey Freshwater Wetlands Protection Act, and the former Dover town landfill. A time capsule was enclosed in the interior of the mall, marked with a plaque.
